- Creation, maintenance, and revision of spare parts lists (ETU), provisioning data, and technical documentation, particularly Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), in accordance with the S2000M standard
- Editorial preparation of technical content based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Development and implementation of graphical representations of complex technical systems, including technical illustrations
- Compilation of cataloguing documentation and data
- Maintenance and updating of existing documentation as part of change management processes and project requirements
- Verification of cataloguing data, master data, and logistics data for accuracy and compliance with international standards, including the associated illustrations
- Coordination with other specialist departments to ensure consistent and target-group-oriented technical documentation
- Execution and monitoring of the spare parts data observation process
- Use, maintenance, and further development of project-specific databases

Your qualifications & knowledge
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a state-certified technician
- Experience with spare parts documentation is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MATCONF and IsoDraw is desirable
- Strong team spirit combined with a goal-oriented and independent approach to work
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
