- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including maintenance, service, user, and repair manuals, as well as other technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements (including S1000D)
- Editorial preparation and structuring of technical content based on engineering drawings, CAD models, bills of materials, and other development documentation
- Development and implementation of graphical representations of complex technical systems, including technical illustrations
- Independent on-site research at customer premises to collect, verify, and coordinate technical information
- Collaborative cooperation with internal specialist departments and external clients to ensure consistent and target-group-oriented documentation
- Maintenance and updating of existing documentation as part of change services and project requirements

Your qualifications & knowledge
- Solid technical understanding gained through completed technical vocational training; further qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) is an advantage
- Strong technical affinity, quick comprehension, and a structured approach to familiarizing oneself with new technologies and systems
- Experience with the requirements and implementation of technical documentation in the defence sector is desirable
- Knowledge of the ASD S1000D specification is desirable
- Experience working with authoring systems, ideally PTC Arbortext Editor or oXygen XML Author, as well as proficient use of MS Office or comparable tools
- Strong team spirit combined with a goal-oriented and independent working style
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
