- Safe and responsible operation of trucks, vans or other company vehicles for local or long-distance transport
- Timely and proper delivery of goods, materials or cargo to customers or internal locations
- Inspection and proper securing of loads in accordance with legal requirements
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks (e.g. tyre pressure and oil level) and cleaning the vehicle
- Completing transport documents, delivery notes and where applicable digital delivery records
- Friendly and professional interaction with customers during deliveries or collections
- Compliance with driving and rest periods, as well as all relevant traffic and safety regulations
- Early identification and reporting of technical issues or defects in the vehicle fleet
